Yes. Creating a profile and applying to auditions on PIVOT410 is free, and there is no broker or referral fee - you apply directly to each agency's audition. Details for offline programs such as studio classes or camps are shared when you send an inquiry.

PIVOT410 is built for K-POP aspirants aged 13 to 24 - vocalists, dancers, rappers and performers at any level. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must give consent before you apply. Each audition may also set its own age range and requirements, shown on the audition page.

PIVOT410 is a global platform, and the website is available in English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. We focus especially on aspirants in Japan, China and Taiwan, with local programs there. Each audition lists the regions it accepts, so check the audition page before you apply.

Visit the For agencies page or contact us through the Contact page (info@poten410.com). Partner agencies can post auditions, review applicants and receive a free AI first-screening report, and we can set up dedicated online auditions with you.

Add clear, recent photos (a natural front-facing shot helps), at least one 30-60 second performance video, your positions such as vocal or dance, languages and a short bio. A more complete profile is easier for agencies to review, and your completeness score on My page shows what is still missing.

Keep each video between 30 and 60 seconds. Film in a quiet room with bright, even light on your face, keep the camera steady at eye level, and make sure your whole body is in frame for dance. Avoid heavy filters or effects - agencies want to see you as you are - and check each audition page in case it asks for something specific.

When you turn on Profile spotlight, your organized photo and video profile becomes visible to casting staff at partner agencies and can be featured on the main page. You can switch it on or off at any time from My page. It increases the chance of being seen, but it does not guarantee contact from an agency.

There is no limit - you can apply to every open audition you are eligible for, once per audition. Your saved profile, photos and videos are reused, so each new application only takes a few steps. Check each audition's age, region and video requirements before applying.

Log in on the website and open My page. Each application shows its current status - Submitted, In review, Shortlisted, Passed or Not selected - along with any updates from the agency. Review times vary by agency, so it is normal for a status to stay the same for a while.

Not to apply. Applications on PIVOT410 are made online with your profile and videos. If an agency invites you to a later round, the format - online, offline or both - and the city are shown on the audition page, so you know what to expect before you apply.

AI face analysis looks at your photo to describe your visual archetype and strengths, and helps agencies find profiles that match the look they are casting for. Your photos are processed only for this analysis. You can delete your photos from My page at any time, and you can ask us to remove your analysis results as well.

No. The AI assists by organizing information, suggesting matches and highlighting strengths, but every audition decision is made by people at the agency. Treat AI results as a guide to your strengths and next steps, not as a verdict.

PIVOT410 compares your profile - age, positions, region and other details - with each audition's requirements and shows the ones that fit best, with the reasons for each match. The more complete your profile, the more useful the recommendations. You always choose where to apply.

Yes. The website is the main place to sign up, build your profile, apply to auditions and track your applications. The PIVOT410 app on the App Store and Google Play is an optional companion if you prefer using your phone.

You can delete individual photos and videos from My page at any time. To delete your whole account, contact us through the Contact page or at info@poten410.com from the email address you registered with, and we will remove your profile, media and applications.

Yes. We run debut guide seminars at arts high schools in Japan and art academies in China, sessions with partner schools in Taiwan, intensive workshops, a studio in Beijing, and online masterclasses open to every country. Open the Programs page, choose a program and send an inquiry - we will reply with schedules and next steps.

It is an intensive K-POP training camp held at our Beijing studio every summer and winter vacation, following a Korean-style curriculum. Every graduate receives a standard audition video filmed with professional lighting and sound, along with an AI analysis they can use on their PIVOT410 profile. Participants under 18 need guardian consent.
